(Virtual) Fall Reading Series: John Elizabeth Stintzi

John Elizabeth Stintzi is the recipient of the 2019 Bronwen Wallace Award for Emerging Writers, and their work has appeared in The Malahat Review, Kenyon Review, and Ploughshares. They are the author of the novel Vanishing Monuments as well as the poetry collection Junebat, and they currently live in Kansas City with their wife and dog.

John’s short essay, “Notes on a Fragmented Life” appeared in EVENT Issue 48/3, along with a poem entitled, “Origa/me”.

For our 2020 (Virtual) Fall Reading Series, they read poems from their debut collection, Junebat.
